APIA Scholarship Program
APIA (Asian & Pacific Islander Americans) Scholars has a special focus on supporting AANHPI (Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander) students who live at or below the poverty line; are in the first generation of their family to attend college; are representative of the APIA community’s diversity, (geographically and ethnically}, especially those ethnicities that have been underrepresented on college campuses due to limited access and opportunity. Strong applicants would also have an emphasis on community service and leadership.

Orange Scholars Scholarship Fund
Orange Scholars offers scholarships to the children of associates of The Home Depot based on financial need and academic performance, as well as community involvement and leadership. Financial need is given the highest consideration. Applicants must be the dependent of a full- or part-time hourly associate of The Home Depot and its subsidiaries, The Home Depot Canada or The Home Depot Mexico, at the time of application.

USBE CTE Scholarships and Tuition Awards
The Career and Technical Education (CTE) Scholarships and Tuition Awards are for outstanding CTE students in Utah. The scholarships/awards are sponsored by the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) with funds provided by participating higher education institutions, ranging from $500 up to full tuition!

Supermom Scholarship
The $2,000 Supermom Scholarship is designed to help undergraduate and graduate single mothers and those who have been directly impacted by one, on their path to obtaining a college degree.

Opportunity Scholarship
The application for the Opportunity Scholarship class of 2023 opened on November 15, 2022. All students must complete the online scholarship application and the 2023/2024 FAFSA. Students must have a 3.3 cumulative high school GPA and take 3 advanced courses (see website for details), in addition to graduating from a Utah high school and completing the FAFSA.

MACU $300,000 Elevate Scholarship Program
The Mountain America Foundation will award scholarships to 120 graduating seniors who are pursuing education at colleges, universities and vocational/technical schools. The Elevate Scholarship is designed to support youth who embrace Mountain America’s core values and make a difference in their communities. Scholarship recipients are required to open a Mountain America account before the funds are awarded.

The Coolidge Scholarship
The Coolidge Scholarship is a full-ride, four-year, merit scholarship that may be used by recipients for undergraduate study at any accredited college or university in the United States. Any high school junior who plans to enroll in college in the fall of 2024 and is an American citizen or legal permanent resident is eligible to apply (current high school seniors are not eligible to apply). Winners may use the scholarship to pursue any academic major.

Thomas Butterfield Community Service Scholarship
The Thomas Butterfield Scholarship is presented each year to three exemplary Herriman youth who have shown dedication to service and leadership within the community. Applicants must be a resident of Herriman City for at least 12 (twelve) months prior to due date of scholarship application, have performed a minimum of 24 hours of community service for Herriman City or residents of Herriman, and the service must be performed specific only to this award or in conjunction with one or more of Herriman City’s service committees.

Hannah Warburton Resilience Award
The Hannah Warburton Resilience Award is a $500.00 cash award established for Utah high school seniors who have shown resilience in overcoming difficult obstacles to completing their high school education. This is a cash award meant to offset any costs associated with the recipient’s efforts to attain higher education, including tuition, books, supplies, transportation costs, or simply to take a well-deserved summer vacation. In the process of applying for this award, students will share their story of resilience.
