Stay active
Stay active means to become more active in spots you need at least 60 minutes a day to be active.
Stay Healthy
Stay Healthy means to eat right don't always eat fast foods and exercise at least once a day.
Teen obesity is not good.
Teen obesity is not good because it can cause many problems. Obesity can cause healthy problems and teens can get sick from being obesity. Obesity is cause by many reasons. examples, stress, over eating, not active, depression, family problems etc. so try to eat healthy and stay fit and active.
Kids being fit
Being active every day is good. Putting at least some kind of activity in you day is a good way to stay active.
Fitness
Eating right and being fit you could prevent be obesity.
couch potato
If your not active or fit you would become a couch potato and that can cause obesity.
Do you want to be obese ???
Do you want to be obese ? Being obese is not a good thing some kids get made fun of for being obese. Obesity is cause by many thing not just food. Make some good choices to be fit and active or be obese its you choice.
