If your school is not fully-staffed with Vanguard members, it is incredibly important that you encourage your coworkers to apply. We would like to reach our goal of every school having 4 members by the end of the school year.

Cohort 5A: On-Boarding

Because of the time you joined the team, we are going to delay your on-boarding until Fall 2016. You will complete your on-boarding along with the individuals who join our team during this application period.
iPads: Cohort 4B & 5A

iPads: Cohort 4B & 5A

iPads for cohort 4B & 5A will (hopefully) be available for distribution at VanCon, allowing you to have it in time for the summer.


If you are receiving an iPad and will not be attending VanCon, a date will be provided soon for you to pick up your iPad from the administration building in early June.

Please make sure that you enter your TIM data for the second semester. Cohorts 1, 2, and 3 should all have at least eight entries for this school year.

Several weeks ago thousands of new open educational resources were added to SAFARI Montage.


Webinars have been scheduled for this Tuesday, May 10 to give you an opportunity to learn more. I know many school teams have included SAFARI Montage in their personalized learning plans, so this is important information. These new titles include Encyclopedia of Life, Library of Congress, NASA images and videos, National Gallery of Art, TED-Ed and more.


Please select one of the times below to participate. I will send everyone the link to join the webinar before Tuesday. You are more than welcome to pass this invite on to others at your school. You do not need to sign up ahead of time.
