We are aware that CastAPP is currently experiencing technical challenges when attempting to use Proxy in Internet Explorer. The challenge has been reported; there is no ETA as to when it will be resolved.
What does this mean to you?
If you must use Proxy to resolve a Member’s issues and are unable to access the Member’s account in Internet Explorer:
- First, please try again using Google Chrome
- Next, attempt to talk the Member through the process.
- If you cannot assist the Member, please follow our MyMagic+ escalation process
- 60 days or less from arrival: Conference to a MyMagic+ Specialist at ext. 2.2222.
- 61 days+ from arrival: Fill out the form with the best phone number for the Member to be contacted at.
