Welcome Back
The Cascade High School staff is excited to welcome back our students for the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year. The school year is off to a very successful start, and it is heartwarming to see so many students and staff members together and smiling again. We look forward to this upcoming school year full of learning, growth, challenges, and many rewarding experiences.

We are proud to welcome these new staff members to our Cascade High School Family:

School Picture Day
School Picture Day for Cascade High School will be Thursday, August 5, 2021. All students will be photographed that day. Picture order forms have been sent home with students. These pictures will used for the yearbook, transcripts, and the senior composite picture. It is especially important for our juniors and seniors to dress for success on these days. We recommend that junior and senior gentlemen wear a shirt and tie for this picture.
Cadet Kick-Off
The Cascade High School Guidance Department hosted Cadet Kick-Off for the 17th consecutive year. Our incoming freshmen students were given an orientation to CHS by their junior and senior Cadet Mentors. This program strives for freshmen to feel secure and welcome to Cascade High School and help them begin their high school careers successfully. Thank you to Mr. DuBois, Mrs. Bright, Mrs. Smyth, and our student Cadet Mentors for all of their hard work that makes this program possible.
Return to Instruction Protocols
Just a few reminders about our return to instruction protocols:
- Masks are optional (recommended for anyone who is not fully vaccinated for COVID) for students and staff in the school building
- Masks are required for anyone riding a school bus (this is a federal mandate)
- Students are encouraged to continue using hand sanitizer and washing hands frequently
- Students who are experiencing COVID symptoms should stay home
- Students who are determined to be a close contact with a positive COVID case will only need to quarantine if they are symptomatic. Asymptomatic students can remain at school
- COVID vaccinations are available for free for ages 12+ and are strongly recommended by county, state, and federal health officials
- Our school protocols can change at any time during the school year based on the trajectory of COVID positive cases and guidance from county, state, and federal health officials
Fall Sports
Our fall sport student-athletes and coaches have been working extremely hard to prepare for the fall sports season. Practices have started for all fall sports. Reminder: student-athletes must have completed all Eventlink registration forms to be eligible to participate in practices or contests. All-sport passes and individual contest tickets can be purchased at www.cascadesports.org/tickets
Please contact the athletic office with any questions. Roll Cadets!
