Busy 2 Weeks
The following week November 17th, we have parent luncheons Monday & Tuesday with the Benefield Singers performing. Parents will have the opportunity to participate in parent workshops, complete surveys, and sign up for Remind messaging. Parents should say their goodbyes in the cafe, so you can begin your instruction immediately after your lunch period.
Angie Woo, principal for a day, will be visiting on Monday, November 17th, as well. Second grade has an in house field trip on Tuesday. You have the gift of time on Tuesday, so we are not having collaboration. We begin our Thursday morning with a Turkey Trot in which each staff member will find one turkey for a prize. The pink team is hosting a dessert bar for the teachers, so please stop by the conference room for a delicious dessert. We are hosting the GCPS eClass visit Thursday with approximately 50 guests (no jeans).
On Friday, November 21st, the leadership team will be cooking and serving Winter Waffles (no grits or oatmeal in cafe). We will have a drawing for a $25 Dave & Busters gift card. Stop by for a waffle and drop your name in the bucket for a chance to win the gift card.
