COVID-19 UPDATE
Ozark Schools closed through April 24
What exactly does Alternative Learning Methods mean?
To clarify Chromebooks, we are not handing out Chromebooks on March 30. If your 6-12th grade student left their take-home Chromebook at school, they can pick it up on March 30.
We have created a schedule that outlines when you can pick up your child's needed items. Please note that times are separated by grade or last name. Parents with multiple children in the same building can get all items at once.
Student, parent and staff safety is our top priority. Keeping that in mind, families will not be allowed into the building. You will drive up, remain in your vehicle, and make your request. School staff will then retrieve the items and bring them to your vehicle. Remember, this is for essential items only.
If you cannot make the time in the schedule, please reach out to your building principal to make other arrangements.
And here are some suggestions and resources to consider as you provide support to your children regarding the extended break due to COVID-19.
Below is the menu for March 30 - April 3.
- Our childcare program for healthcare workers, emergency personnel and school district employees required to work will continue. Find more details here.
- Crates with books for every level are available from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Monday - Friday at West Elementary and South Elementary, provided it is not raining.
- If you are looking for fun, educational resources and activities for your children, here is a link to some programs we use at Ozark School District along with the login information.
