It's almost one year since the purchase of your pedal harp and as the original purchaser, we would like to remind you of your first-year warranty regulation.
Lyon & Healy offers a harp warranty check-up and regulation to the original purchaser performed either by the manufacturer, or an authorized Lyon & Healy harp technician. The warranty regulation must be done within one year from date of purchase*.
Our web site lists a number of certified technicians who visit Southern California on a regular basis. Each frequent the Southern California about twice a year at various times. If you are studying with someone, ask your instructor who they might recommend.

If you have already received your warranty regulation, or have one scheduled, please email HILA and let us know the name of the harp technician who serviced your harp.
Harp Road Service schedules fill up quickly. Please contact a certified Lyon & Healy harp technician as soon as possible!
When setting up you warranty regulation, be sure and have handy the harp model name, maker, serial number and date of purchase.
* First Year Warranty Regulation is available under conditions detailed in the warranty certificate included with new pedal harp purchases. Warranty regulations may be subject to any travel related expenses, paid by the harp owner, which are not covered by the warranty. Cost of any parts (except pedal felts), strings, special rubbers, installation of bass wires or restringing are in addition to the warranty regulation.
