Looking for strategies on staying ahead of the digital curve for your child?
What new social media app will emerge next month that will mesmerize your child? What homework will your child bring home that must be completed with an electronic device? How do we take the knowledge we have of the developing brain and find a 'happy medium' within the digital world in which our kids now live?
Kathleen Hassenfratz is coming back to support us so we can support our students. Join us for this 2 hour workshop from the KH Counseling and Inspiration's Parenting Toolkit Seminars: Navigating the Digital Landscape With your Pre-teen/Teen. As a continuation from last semester's workshop, "How to Stay Ahead of the Digital Learning Curve; Raising Kids in Today's Digital Landscape", we'll do a short review of where our last session ended, and then dive more deeply into how our relationships within our family system and the larger community system around you, must find a balance of digital expectations to have happy, productive, less anxious young people (and families!)
This is a general PTO meeting. Learn about how the PTO support your children at our school. See how you can also get involved.
