Forest- The forest surrounds the village. The forest welcomes Matty as he takes his journeys to other neighboring communities. Seer describes the forest as an illusion. But the forest seems to almost have a mind of it's own. To most people in the village or other communities it is a very dangerous place. It will give warnings to people with little things such as pricks by thorns or little jabs by sticks. The forest is dangerous to most people.
