School Newsletter - June 2, 2021

From the Principal's Desk

Dear All,

I cannot believe that it is already the end of the school year! Time has flown by and as I reflect on the year, I cannot think of a better community to share the year with. I have enjoyed meeting your children, in person and online. I look forward to another year for us all to get to know each other even better. Thank you for supporting me this year in so many ways and for making me feel welcomed. So many of you have done that in your own way and I appreciate it.

Just a reminder about lost items - Please have your child check the lost and found area for any missing clothes/items by the last day of school. All things will be donated to Clothes for Kids.

Theme: Super Heroes

We are at the end of the 20-21 school year already! Even though it has been hard, probably full of tears and struggles both at home and school, we made it this far and with much positivity because ALL of us are super heroes to one another! Parents, you were super heroes during CDL when all of us were figuring things out. Kids, you were super heroes as you adjusted to online learning and showed up to learn in new ways! Teachers, you were super heroes when you pivoted continuously to provide the best experience our students could have this year. Hazeldale staff, you were super heroes when you showed up each day to give 100% in ways we don't even notice.

So, come out to the parade dressed as the super hero that you are!!!
