News from this week
Thank you to all the Friends and Family who were able to come to our lunch on Wednesday. It was great seeing so many family members come and I know the students really enjoyed it.
Parent Teacher Conferences are coming up in just 2 weeks. If you have not already done so, please make sure to sign up as soon as possible to ensure you get the best time for your schedule. I have tried to make various times available so you can find a time that best fits your schedule. If none of the times work for you, please let me know and we can arrange another time. Our field trip forms are being sent home today. We are taking a trip to the Elachee Nature Science Center on Thursday, March 3rd. Please return permission slips/payment by February 18th, so we have our numbers set. You can send in a check or make payments through My Payments Plus.
I am sending home a class list for students who want to exchange Valentines. We will do this on Friday, February 12. This is not mandatory, however I ask that if your child chooses to participate that they have a valentine for each student in the class.
Starting on Tuesday, February 9, Valentine Grams will be sold in the morning and will be sold until Friday, February 12. This is a fundraiser for Relay for Life and Valentine Grams will be sold for $1 each. Students can send these grams to other students or siblings in the school.
Our talent show is scheduled for February 11th at 6 pm at Canon Church. This is a fundraiser for Relay for Life. We have several, talented students from our class participating and it should be a fun night. I hope to see you there!
