The sugar is upon us

Even though you might think your diet is low in sugar it may have more than you think. You're only supposed to have 8 ounces of sugar a day. kids 9-13 usually have triple that amount. And because of this kids have liver disease, tooth decay, obesity, and Headaches. Some of things that I just named shouldn't happen until you're in your twenties and up.
