Nervous Tissue
The nervous tissue is the main component of the two parts of the nervous system. The function of the nervous tissue is to form the communication network of the nervous system by conducting electric signals.

Epithelial Tisse
There are 2 groups of epithelial tissue depending on the number of layers it composes. Simple epithelial is one cell thick and 2 or more is stratified epithelial. This tissue is specialized to form a cover of internal and external body surfaces.

Connective Tissue
Connective tissue can be found in between other types of tissues, like nervous tissue. The tissue has 2 categories, loose connective tissue and dense connective tissue, which can be broken down more into dense regular and dense irregular. Each type of connective tissue has a different job. For example, dense regular tissue is a major functional component of tendons and ligaments.

Muscular Tissue
Muscles in the body give us the ability to move by contracting. There are 3 types of muscles in the body skeletal, smooth, and cardiac. Skeletal muscle is anchored by tendons to the bone and is used for locomotion and maintain posture. Smooth muscle Is found within the walls of organs. Cardiac muscle is only found in the heart and is not subject to voluntary control.

The Best Tissue
The Cardiac Muscle Tissue
The cardiac muscle is specialized to the heart and is only found there. The bulk of the heart's mass is made up of cardiac muscle. Your heart beats 24/7 your whole life without stopping. The muscle has evolved to have very contractile strength and high endurance. The cardiac muscle is absolutely amazing because it makes it own rhythm due to the presence of pacemaker cells.
