You will experience how to work with your busy mind, when you do Meditations in this specific way. Adapt Meditations that you can do anywhere as I will be teaching you How.
The Studio has props so you can be physically comfortable and get more out of the techniques. [You don't need to be able to kneel for example].

Please note the first session is the week before Easter and we skip the week before ANZAC Day weekend.


Please make sure you have eaten something before you attend the evening sessions.

Better if you arrive hydrated and don't drink coffee or tea before the sessions.

Please wear clothing you are really comfortable in (nothing constricting your tummy or body). Bring socks and something you can put on or peel off depending on the evening.

If you can, bring a sarong or similar to put around your shoulders. [We only use this on certain evenings - not essential].
