You can get vitamin A from some dairy products,liver and or dark orange or green vegetables, are carrots,sweet potatoes, and kale, and orange fruits are cantaloupe,apricots.
The amount of vitamin A guys need 900 micrograms of vitamin A and girls need 700 micrograms. When you are thinking of eating something think of something with vitamin A in it.
