PWR! Based Walking Class
Join us Saturday August 2nd!
Grab your walking poles...
Start with a 15-20 minute warm-up including some PWR! Standing exercises and a 25 minute mild hike at Seal Point Park. Nothing too wild, just something to add a little excitement to our BIG movements and walking.
Wanna join us? Just show up with your walking poles at 3 pm.
WHEN? WHERE? WHAT?
Where: Seal Point Park, 1901 J Hart Clinton Dr, San Mateo, CA 94401
Wear: Good walking shoes and water.
What: If you have them, trekking or walking poles for emphasizing BIG movements and for increasing our cardio workout.
How Much? Free. Just join John Berdoulay, PT and Robin Lim-Healy, PTA for some outdoor fun.
