Evening Session: Exploring Bangkok

Saturday, Nov. 22nd 2014 at 6pm

Bangkok Thailand

It has been a long first day, and you are likely still jetlegged. If you want to turn in early, that's absolutely fine. If you still have the energy though, Bangkok has to offer many great restaurants, bars, street food, massages, and more. See some of our top suggestions below. Feel free to ask anyone on the DSIL Leadership Team about their favorite places in Bangkok.

For those of you who have energy to burn we will be led by JB Savie for an 'Evening BKK Explore Tour'. We will depart the accommodation around 6pm and head to 'JJ Green' Night Market by BTS/Train. Dinner will be available there. By 9pm we will return to the city for a scenic rooftop drink (optional).

Bangkok is a pretty safe large city, but you should always stay vigilant and watch your belongings. We recommend that you do not travel alone, especially in non-tourist areas. Be wary of suspicious looking people (including taxi drivers, street hawkers, and lone individuals). If something does not feel right, leave the situation immediately.
