A balanced diet will make you better physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. Not providing your body the proper nutrients/vitamins will not allow your body, mind, spirit, and hear to reach its full potential. A balanced diet consists of fruits and vegetables in every meal, some type of meat (turkey, ham, beef, chicken) and some type of carbohydrate.
Regularly workout and be active
Weight and diet are controllable health factors. choosing to eat the right foods every day will make it so you don't look fat or overweight.
A balanced diet will also make you run better and make your muscles work more efficiently
