Fairmount Families Week END Report
11.10.2023
Happy Friday, Fairmount Families!
The Fairmount playground opened to students on Tuesday! We have loved watching the students enjoy the new equipment, and look forward to hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony in the future. Thank you to everyone for your support and patience with this exciting project.
Fairmount students collaborated on a school-wide flag display in recognition of our country's veterans. Every classroom took time early this week to add flags to the Fairmount entrance and on Friday, we held a short program honoring our veterans. Thank you to all our veterans for your service and dedication to our country. And a special thank you to our 6th grade teacher, K.C. Chick, for organizing the display and program.
The PTA Trivia Night is tomorrow! I look forward to seeing everyone at this fun event!
Have a wonderful weekend!
Sincerely,
Lisa Niforatos, Principal

Veterans Day Program 11/10/23
Fairmount students and staff held a short program on Friday honoring our country's veterans. Fairmount is honored to acknowledge the devotion and sacrifice our men and women have given to our country. Thank you to all our family members and friends who have served or are currently serving in the Armed Forces.
School-Wide Celebration
We continue to be proud of our students for showing respectful, responsible, and safe behaviors. During the month of October, students once again filled our Fairmount Star Jar! We celebrated this accomplishment on Monday with a school-wide Fall BINGO game! Way to go Falcons!
