preparation
•Washing the roselle
•Cut the tail end away
•Use chopsticks to push seed out of roselle
ingredients
•Fresh roselle(without seeds) -260g
•castor sugar-130g
method
•Chop up the roselle’s petal
•Put it in the pot and add all sugar
•Keep stirring untill it becomes thick
(about 7 minutes)
• Canning it and stand upside down
