Hello LSOA Families,
Please note that your student is still responsible for logging into classes. Attendance is not normally excused for no laptop or no internet. If you are waiting for Customer Care, we suggest that your student borrow a laptop from a family member, friend, neighbor or go to the local library. Families are expected to always have a backup plan in place if they have computer issues or internet issues. This also applies if you are waiting for a K12 laptop.

What does a student need to attend school on a back up device?
- A laptop or other device with a internet browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
- Open one of those internet browsers and log in here with the student account information: https://login-learn.k12.com/#login
- Your student will navigate to "my plan" or "schedule" to find their live classes
- The online classroom will open and it may as you to confirm a camera if there is one and a microphone.
- Your student may be able to complete the assigned lessons on this back-up device, some may not be able to. It depends on the device.
