A Chariot Race is a race fought on a horses back, fighting against others for first place. These races are performed in a large oval shaped stadium that can fit nearly 200,000 spectators.

Gladiator Games!
Gladiator Games were mostly fought by unfree individuals (Criminals, Prisoners, Slaves). These games were fought in a large ancient building called a Colosseum.
Colosseum!
The Colosseum was a huge round shaped ancient building where the Gladiator Games were fought. This large building could hope up to 55,000 spectators!
Roman Theaters!
These theaters were large architectural buildings with many designs. The entertainment available in the Roman Theaters included orations, dance, choral events and, many different types of plays such as tragedy and comedy.
