History of the Bahamas flag
The flag of the Bahamas has an approximately 1:2 aspect ratio. The black equilateral triangle on the left represents the unity and determination of the people of the Bahamas. The triangle is oriented toward three equal-width stripes symbolizing areas of natural resource; two aquamarine stripes at the top and bottom of the flag representing the sea and one gold stripe representing the sun. The flag was adopted on July 10, 1973.
The civil ensign is a red ensign with a white cross throughout and the national flag in the upper-hoist corner; the naval ensign is a white ensignwith the same canton.
The climate of the Bahamas
The climate in the Bahamas is humid equatorial- dry winter. So warm most of the time, and humid and dry during winter.
The landforms in the Bahamas
There are both Mountains and coastal plains in the Bahamas. The beaches are important source of income. The mountains are available for taking hikes.

The Bahamas are located right above Cuba In the Caribbean Sea. I stayed in the capital city, Nassau.
The food and drinks
Bahamian cuisine is a food and beverage culture of the Bahamas. It includes lots of fish, shellfish, lobster, crab, and other seafood.[citation needed] Tropical fruits are also widely consumed as well as coconuts, rice, peas, pigeon peas, potatos, and pig-based food products.Rum-based beverages are also widespread.
The music
The music of the Bahamas is associated primarily with junkanoo, a celebration which occurs on Boxing Day and again on New Year's Day. Parades and other celebrations mark the ceremony. Groups like The Baha Men, Ronnie Butler and Kirkland Bodie have gained massive popularity in Japan, the United States and other places.
