Why do we sleep?

Here's what I found out.

Fact about sleeping

During sleep your breathing slows down and your muscles relax. I think that is important because your muscles should calm down after a long day of hard work. It is important to do this to stay healthy for another day tomorrow.

Another fact

During sleep, your blood pressure slows and your body temperature drops. If your body temperature stayed constantly high then you could get very sick.
