CONNECT PICTURE DAY
Dear Rennell Connect Families,
On December 8, 2020, Lifetouch Pictures will be here to take your child’s picture. This is the picture that will be used for the yearbook. If you wish for your student to have their picture taken, please use the link below to sign up for a 5 minute timeslot. Please sign up using your students name. You will pull up to the front of the building and a staff member will come to your car to get your student. Parents will need to remain in the car and your student will need to be wearing a mask. We will escort your student back to your car once their picture has been taken.

Change to Learning Option
If you would like to make a change to the learning option for your child(ren) in grades PK-5 for the 3rd grading period – from CFISD Connect to On-Campus or from On-Campus to CFISD Connect - the selection window will be open between Monday, Jan. 11 and Sunday, Jan. 17. This change will be effective beginning Feb. 1 for elementary school students. You will receive a follow-up letter on Monday, Jan. 11 with instructions on how to make the change. If your child is continuing with the same learning option for the 3rd grading period, then no action is required.

CFISD Code of Conduct and Student Handbook Feedback Opportunity
Each year the district asks for input from our staff, students, and community members regarding our Student Code of Conduct and Student Handbook. After reviewing the Student Code of Conduct and Student Handbook (available on the CFISD website), please feel free to provide feedback by filling out the attached feedback forms (attached as PDFs at the bottom of this newsletter). These feedback forms are also available online on both the district and campus websites. The deadline for submission to the Office of Student Services is Friday, December 18, 2020.
NOTE:
To further assist efforts in gathering valuable feedback, in addition to the hard copy versions of the feedback form, the district has established an online form that stakeholders can use to submit their responses. The links for those online forms are listed below and will also be posted to the district and campus websites.
