Odyssey Academy of Virtual Learning
December 18th, 2020
Wishing you and yours a joyous holiday season.....
We are so truly grateful for all of the wonderful families and students that make-up our school community. I am humbled and honored to work with each of your families. Helping to serve you and your children with a flexible and individualized education is truly my passion. Hearing various stories from parents of how Odyssey is benefiting their family is truly heart-warming. My gratitude goes out to all of you for allowing the Odyssey team to partner with your family.
During this time of year, I believe the faces of our children best express the true meaning of the holiday season. They radiate a sense of unbridled enthusiasm, untainted hope and an unabashed joy for life and the opportunities that await them. To the parents, families and friends of Odyssey Academy, I wish you a truly joyous holiday season.
Warmly,
Rebecca Miller

Ordering Process
Parent uses order form on Odyssey website and makes a copy of the Google Doc
→ Location: Families tab→ Academic and Enrichment Provider Forms
→ Login information: SEE EMAIL FOR NEW LOGIN INFO. (email date: 12-18-20)
Parent shares the order with the Advisory teacher to look over and approve. All items must be connected to learning on the ILP plan and be from a vendor on the approved vendor list. (It is helpful to also share the form with Britnie Meyer to ensure she has access when it is time to order.)
Teacher approves with their signature on the ILP
Administrator approves/denies purchases→ based upon connection to learning and meeting purchasing guidelines
Admin. Staff places order if student funds are available and the vendor is one on our approved list. If there are any questions or ordering issues with the order, parents will be notified via email.
You can monitor the status of your order by looking at the bottom of the order form. Each step of the process is documented there.
Vendor List
All purchases must be on our updated Approved Vendor List. As an educational organization, all of our purchases must be tax exempt. If there is a company who is not willing to make this agreement with us, we will not be able to purchase items from them. Our list encompasses those vendors who we have a tax exempt agreement with.
