This Week at The Mount (11/19/2023)

Christian Women's Job Corp at The Mount is a ministry which provides a Christian context in which women are equipped for life and employment. The curriculum includes Bible Study, Computer Skills, Job Skills and Life Skills. We hold Spring and Fall Sessions each year. Since our beginning in the Fall of 2015, we have been blessed to have 37 graduates. I would like to introduce our 38th graduate, Ashley Reed.

The November Food Pantry Distribution will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 9AM. This distribution is provided through the Dallas Baptist Ministers Union and the Tarrant County Area Food Bank. There will be 50 turkeys donated for this distribution. Please email Sis. Audra Armstrong, if you are interested in volunteering for Tuesday’s Preparation beginning at 8:30am and distribution following.

An Attitude of Gratitude is the focus of the One in Prayer project for the month of November. As we approach the Thanksgiving season, pray daily at 1pm that our hearts and minds be tuned toward thanksgiving to our God. Truly He deserves all our praise!
