InTouch Instructions for Field Trip Payments, Tax Credits or Donations
To access the InTouch application first login to Infinite Campus as the parent and not the student. Once logged in, you will be in the Message Center. In the right-hand side pane under announcements, you will then click on the icon that reads “Make a Payment in InTouch.” You will then be redirected to InTouch.
Click on the students name to which you are applying payment.
Under the top option “Available Products” click “Items At Student’s School.”
You will then see “You are here: District/Elementary School/Greenfield Elementary
Here you will see three categories from which to choose. Depending on where you are applying payment will depend on which option you choose. (If at any point you need to get back to your original location, you only need to click on the text “Greenfield Elementary School” in the “You are here” line at the top to bring back all category options.)
If you choose Field Trip Payments, please use only the Tax Credit Field Trip option.
If you choose School Donations, the grade level events will be located at the bottom. You can use the grade level events for field trips as well as for any other general donations.
Tax Credit Donations will be for all other school programs but not field trips. (The only way to apply a tax credit payment for field trips is under the category Field Trip Payments, as noted above.)
Once you add items to your cart and click “Buy”, you will not get a popup telling you that you have just placed an item in your cart. You will be able to see the items, however, in your shopping cart in the upper right hand corner of the screen, just under the “Gilbert Public Schools” logo. At that point, you can then checkout successfully.
