Attention 7th Grade Parents!
SIMS will be conducting the abstinence-based program Making A Difference with our 7th grade scholars during the month of April. Permission slips will be sent home on Monday, Feb. 3rd with scholars. It is imperative that you read over the permission form, sign and return it to school with your child by Friday, Feb. 14th. We must know whether you wish for your child to take part in the program or decline instruction. Thank you in advance for reading over and making sure your child returns their signed permission form.
Morning Drop-off
As the weather becomes increasingly colder, it is important to review our morning drop-off procedures.
- Students are not able to enter the building until 8:35 a.m. This is the earliest we can guarantee appropriate adult supervision.
- Students should NOT be dropped off prior to 8:35 a.m. each day; if they are, they will be standing in cold temperatures until staff supervision arrives and students are let in to the cafeteria.
