Yeah for warmer weather! It feels so nice to be outside in the afternoon and the sunlight in the evening makes me SMILE.

May is quickly approaching and with that brings lots of schedule changes. State testing is wrapping up for our 3rd through 5th graders, teachers will begin end of the year reading assessments, field trips are being planned with notes coming home, and our concert for grades Kindergarten through 5 will be happening in May as well. With all of these different things happening throughout the building kids can sometimes be a bit out of sorts. We work to remind kids each day of the expectations so they don't forget but a gentle reminder from home goes a long way too!

Summer School sign up is happening so don't forget to get the kids involved this summer with the many fun and exciting activities the district has to offer. Check out the website for more information.

Please contact me or your child's teacher with any questions regarding school. Have a fantastic end of April and beginning of May.

Mrs. Michalski
