Many people in this world are getting weak bones from not eating correctly, and not giving their body what it needs. People aren't getting Calcium and Vitamin D, so that causes them to have weak bones, and even have bones break. Bone health is important because your bones are constantly growing. Your body makes new bone faster than it breaks down old bone.

Calcium builds strong and healthy bones, it is very good for your body. Calcium is a mineral and if you aren't getting enough of it, you can take pills.

Calcium helps build strong and healthy bones, if you don't have enough of it, your bones will turn weak. Vitamin D is also another big reason why people have weak bones, you need Vitamin D to be strong and healthy.
