Many people in this world are getting weak bones from not eating correctly, and not giving their body what it needs. People aren't getting Calcium and Vitamin D, so that causes them to have weak bones, and even have bones break. Bone health is important because your bones are constantly growing. Your body makes new bone faster than it breaks down old bone.
