Mental Health Moments
Often, learning to help others greatly lifts our spirits. It connects us and reminds us to care for each other. Even while staying at home, we can reach out to support others. Performing acts of service teaches our children to look outside of their own circumstances and perspective, teaches them gratitude, and sets a great example of being a supportive citizen.
Here is a great resource for service projects for your children to do! It includes many projects that you can safely do from home at this time.#dogoodfromhome
Speak Up for Safety!
We love when our students are able to share concerns with us directly, but having an anonymous option is really helpful for some! We have a safety line in place for this.
STUDENTS CAN EASILY AND CONFIDENTIALLY REPORT THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
- BULLYING
- PEERS IN CRISIS
- PLANNED FIGHTS
- THREATS OF VIOLENCE
- OTHER URGENT SITUATIONS
