Rope A Great Tale!
Fairy Tale Rodeo
At the kick-off, students are encouraged to read 20 fairy tales. Ten of the tales are traditional fairy tales while the other 10 are a fractured Texas version of the tale. Each class is provided a set of all 20 titles to read at school. In February, students take a test over all 20 books and those with the four top scores from each class are invited to compete in the Rodeo. The Rodeo will take place on Friday, February 20th.
To see a list of the titles, learn more about fractured fairy tales, or print tracking sheets, visit our Fairy Tale Rodeo Libguide.
