PLAN AHEAD
To leave school early for a valid excuse / medical appointment: Call / email / send a message using ParentSquare OR email, stating the reason & the date / time that the student is to leave, rather than sending a written note or having your student walk up to the office window. Your student can be issued a pass and meet you outside.
Signing your student out of school:
AGHS prefers that you attempt to schedule all appointments while your student is in asynchronous time. Call / email / send a message using ParentSquare OR email, rather than coming into the office to sign them out in-person. Your student can be issued a pass and meet you outside.
Doctor’s notes or Notes to excuse an absence:
Please email pdfs/photos of doctor’s notes or fax a copy to us.
