is defined "as any bodily movement that is produced by skeletal muscles that requires energy expedential.
Physical statistics on average
on average, 2 out of every 3 people fail physical expectaions or recommendations.
Amount of physical activities
Kids/teens ages 5-17 need at least 60 minutes of physical activity ,adults need 150 minutes.People with mobility problems need to do exercise three or more days a week.
Stats
On average, 2 out of every 3 people fail to meet physical activity recommendations. That's why we need to do more physical activity.
Do exercise when you can!
If you are gonna go somewhere close by, go walking or take your bike. If you're at home, when there is commercials on, do some push ups, squats, or lunges.
