Glaciers are a flowing body of water.Glaciers are in the form of ice.Glacial ice takes up 10% of the earth's land.Although glaciers move very slowly,they can be extremley powerful.Sometimes,glaciers form on volcanoes.When the volcanoes erupt,It makes the glaciers even more dangerous.The glaciers melt and send floods of water,ice and rock into the atmosphere.
Lakes
Lakes are stationary.They are usually made of freshwater.Rivers often flow into lakes.Lake Baikal in Siberia is the world's oldest,largest,and deepest lake.Lakes that have saltwater are classified as Saline Lakes
