Ott's Outlook
September 2019
It has been a fantastic start to the 2019-2020 school year in Temple ISD! The beginning of school is always a special time for students, staff, families and the community as a whole. It brings a range of emotions from nervousness to joy. No matter, every child in our district was welcomed by caring adults with investing hearts on August 21st. These adults are committed to inspire, motivate and empower students to reach their maximum potential.
Temple ISD had great successes last year in academics, innovation and student programs. However, be assured that we will continue to raise our standard of excellence. Complacency is not an option here. Our staff knows that in order to be employed at Temple ISD you must compete every single day for our students and each other. This means that our staff works tirelessly to ensure that our students become the very best versions of themselves. This is what sets Temple ISD apart.
Several of you have asked me from time to time to describe what I do on a daily basis. I thought it would be easier to show you. Below is a video, a two-minute glimpse, of what I get to experience every single day. This video represents Temple ISD.
Enjoy!
Bobby Ott
