Exercise: Dance, jump, or jog in place to increase endorphins
Have Fun: Get out the wiggles, smile, laugh, or stand like superman
Healthy Habits: Get a good night's sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, and stay hydrated
Positive Self-Talk: “I know what I know, and that’s all I can show,” “I am smart and capable,” or “I have all the time I need!”
Deep Breathing: Sit up straight, breathe in through your nose for a count of 5, and out for a count of 7. Repeat.
