Jen will be sharing the stage with Catherine Starkey, Senior Insights Capability Manager, from SABMiller on the 2nd day of the event at 11:55am. Their interactive session will provide tips for organisations seeking to take their customer insight professionals, and will start with a review of some of the traps that bedevil great research and insights generation. The workshop will reveal how having strong foundations is critical to the success of the market research industry, and will illustrate this with some first hand SABMiller experiences.
