Ten Commandments of Computer Ethics
The do's and don'ts when using a computer.

1st Commandment: " THOU SHALT NOT USE A COMPUTER TO HARM OTHER PEOPLE."
This Rule means to not hurt anyone over the internet. Stating that you shouldn't bully anyone over the internet or say anything that you say to their face in person.
2nd Commandment: "THOU SHALT NOT INTERFERE WITH OTHER PEOPLE'S COMPUTER WORK."
3rd Commandment: " THOU SHALT NOT SNOOP AROUND IN OTHER PEOPLE'S COMPUTER FILES."
You shouldn't spy on someone else and look around there computer hard drive for any kind of files, pictures, data etc, because all of that is there personal information unless they allow you to.
4th Commandmendment: " THOU SHALT NOT USE A COMPUTER TO STEAL."
This rule means not to hack into anything in the intent of stealing a file or even some kind of money.
5th Commandment: "THOU SHALT NOT USE A COMPUTER TO BEAR FALSE WITNESS."
The meaning to this commandment is to not spread false rumors of ANYTHING. Because now in this decade media has become a very powerful tool and many people use it.
6th Commandment: "THOU SHALT NOT COPY OR USE PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE FOR WHICH YOU HAVE NOT PAID."
This rule means that you shouldn't steal anyones work illegally for your own use or someone else's.
7th Computer Commandment: "THOU SHALT NOT USE OTHER PEOPLE'S COMPUTER RESOURCES WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION OR PROPER COMPENSATION."
This computer ethics commandment means that if you're going to use some info from a site, person, or book be sure to give them some credit my siting where you gathered the information and maybe even the author.
8th Commandment: "THOU SHALT NOT APPROPRIATE OTHER PEOPLE'S INTELLECTUAL OUTPUT."
The meaning of this commandment is that one shouldn't copy anyone Else's design for lets say a program or app being designed or programmed.
9th Commandment: "THOU SHALT THINK ABOUT THE SOCIAL CONSEQUENCES OF THE PROGRAM YOU ARE WRITING OR THE SYSTEM YOU ARE DESIGNING."
10th Commandment: "THOU SHALT ALWAYS USE A COMPUTER IN WAYS THAT INSURE CONSIDERATION AND RESPECT FOR YOUR FELLOW HUMANS."
While communicating or talking to someone over the internet you should always treat them with respect. If it shouldn't be on a billboard then don't say it.
