❤ Spread Love, Not Hate ❤
Greetings Everyone! This month spend a greater time spreading love and kindness to everyone. Showering someone with love and kindness everyday can help yourself and others be calmer, healthier and happier (Random Acts of Kindness, 2020). Be the positive light for those around you and influences others to spread love. Below you will find different ways to share kindness and love. Remember it starts by being kind to yourself.
You Can Make a Positive Difference and make a stance against all forms of Bullying. At each school that CIS works at, let us all treat each other with respect and build each other up with encouraging words and acts of kindness.
