Pioneer News:

Feather River College Football at Pioneer!
Class Spotlight: Ms. Blesse

We are ending the year strong! We love completing our i-ready reading and math lessons on our Chromebook. We also enjoy reading books on EPIC on our Chromebook. First grade is the year of the insects and we have studied several this year. Here is a picture of our ants. We know many facts about insects, such as, all insects have six legs. This is why a spider is not an insect!
Pioneer Announcements:
Toolbox Next Week: We will focus on the empathy tool and being safe.
Parent Volunteers: COVID restrictions have been lifted and we miss having you involved and on campus. If you are interested in volunteering on the Pioneer campus please use this link to fill out a short survey.
Drills throughout the Year: Our children’s safety is our top priority. For this reason, we will practice fire drills and lockdown drills throughout the year. Our staff has been trained in the A.L.I.C.E procedures. Since this information, is new to many of our students they may be coming home with more questions. Thank you for your support in building a safe, educational environment where our students can thrive.
Bus or pick-up: Please let Mrs. Ashley and your child's teacher know by 1:00 pm if you need them to ride the bus or be picked up. This helps us have a smooth afternoon and ensure everyone arrives home safely!
