The Savannah Food Web
In the savannah , the producer is the Elephant because it feeds off the Elephant Grass. The consumer would be the lion because it eats other organisms in its biome.
Humans effecting the economy
Humans can effect the economy because if a human kills one of the animals in the savannah , then that animal that feeds off of it will probably die because he doesnt have any food to get its nutrients to stay alive.
Symbiotic Relationships
In the savannah, mutualism is the elephant grass to the elephant because nothing is effected there both still the same. Commensalism in the savannah would be the lion and hyenas because lions kill and consume certain animals , then hyenas feed on the remains enjoying the benefits of free food without harming the lion. Parasitism in the savannah would be a tick sucking blood from an elephant.
Taking an animal out of the food web
If you took one organism out of the food web , it can effect the animal that eats it because that animal would not get the food it needs and the nutrients it needs to survive.
Lions
In the savanna, a lion has a role of a producer because it eats all its organism in its enviorment.
Hyenas
Hyenas eat a great variety of animal products, vegitation, and according to campers pts and pans.
Zebras
Zebras are herbivorous and primarily eat a variety of grasses. They are also known to eat shrubs, herbs, twigs, leaves and bark.
