National Nutrition Month
Plant based foods and meals are good for our bodies and the environment. This month we will be teaching students about these benefits with Discovery Kitchen events and special menu features!

Monday, March 23: Garden Burger on Whole Grain Bun with Butternut Squash Mac + Cheese with Roasted Broccoli
Wednesday, March 4: Crispy Buffalo Roasted Cauliflower
Monday, March 16: Seasoned Baked Waffle Fries topped with Sweet Potato + Bean Chili

Through Mood Boost we are teaching students how certain foods affect their moods in the areas of Alert, Calm, Confident, Happy, Smart, and Strong.
At each school we host a program launch followed by six weeks of new, fun menu items with cool swag each day for students who give the featured foods a try!
We're making our way to each school so keep a lookout!
