TJMS MUSICAL - Following is important info from Mrs. Raaflaub
- Thanks to those that were able to attend Monday's parent meeting for musical cast and crew families. I know there were many that could not make the meeting for a variety of reasons, so I am sending out details of that meeting (to the best of my ability!). When you receive emails from me, PLEASE read them thoroughly. I would hate for anyone to miss important information! Link to agenda covered
- Link to rehearsal calendar: THIS IS A FLUID DOCUMENT. DO NOT PRINT. Dates in the light green are set in stone, but our process is ongoing and ever changing. We are working on a variety of scenes, songs, dances, etc. and are a bit at the mercy of each other's schedules. There may be dates that will shift slightly in regard to content we need to cover, but overall what and who are scheduled will not change once it is highlighted GREEN.
- This document can be found at: The link shared above, the TJ news, the TJ Music Department Website, Google Classroom (only kids will be able to access it here).
- Expectation Contract - Review with your student & sign - DUE MONDAY, SEPT 27th.
- Parents unable to attend Monday 9/20/21: I will send a hard copy with your child. You are welcome to print if you have that ability, but I have plenty of copies here! Please review the contract with your child.
- MUSICAL NEEDS HELP! Please consider helping out with rehearsals, publicity, set building, etc. if you are able! We have over 100 students involved in the show and parent help will help us to make the best product possible for these kids! We are asking for 2 parent helpers for all of our "All Cast" rehearsals. I will add dates to the sign-up genius as we continue rolling, but for now it's this week and next week's dates. Signup Genius for Volunteering
