Monday Memo

Welcome Back!
Middle school students will test you for your trustworthiness. Stay consistent and do not emotionally engage with those who will test your patience. Be the stable and calm force they need. I can guarantee that by the end of October a few students(mostly 7th grade boys) will walk angrily into my office stating they "know their rights!" Know that nothing a student does is personal. See students through a lens of compassion and humor when you can. Follow your management plan! Let's make 2015 the best school year yet. WE ARE KUEHN-HAVEN!
