ServSafe Food Manager
Student Certification Needs Assessment
We are pleased to announcement that the Region 6 ESC CTE/CCMR Program Area has become a ServSafe Certification Center with Certified Instructors and Proctors. We need some information to move forward offering a ServSafe Food Manager certification event.
The ServSafe Food Manager is a TEA accredited industry based certification that meets the IBC criteria in CCMR accountability.
The event will include a comprehensive test review and onsite testing at the Region 6 Education Service Center. The event will have a minimal per student fee and include resources for review prior to the event.
