Meadow Park Middle School at-Home PE Kits
This fall, the P.E. team at Meadow Park Middle School has been collecting athletic equipment donations to be distributed to students. Led by teacher Jennifer Hoffman, the school has assembled kits that include jump ropes, playground balls, resistance bands and more. In addition, an online curriculum has been developed to demonstrate how to stay active using the equipment.
Thank you to Meadow Park Middle School families, Donor's Choose donors and Sunset Athletic Club for monetary and equipment donations. Thank you to the Meadow Park staff for supporting this project.
Reminder: Wednesday is a Synchronous Learning Day
With today being a holiday and no school, Wednesday, January 20 will be a Synchronous Learning Day.
Please mark your calendars.

CTE - Career Technical Education
CTE programs engage high school students in high-quality, rigorous and relevant classes, designed to help them turn their passions into paychecks and their dreams into careers. CTE programs partner with local businesses and industry to create opportunities that promote creativity, innovation and leadership, which are relevant to the job market of today.
We have created a series of videos, titled “Grads Talking Shop,” to highlight some of the 32 CTE programs across our six comprehensive high schools and one option high school. In this episode of "Grads Talking Shop," we explore the world of manufacturing through the eyes of Tony Varela, alum of the BSD manufacturing program. This program is available to students from any of our comprehensive high schools and is housed at Westview High School. Transportation is provided.
