SAFETY WITH A SMILE
Thank you to Dr. Jones and the Greenwich Police Department for having an increased police presence at our school. This update to security and safety is based solely on input from our staff and community, but the students have thoroughly enjoyed these visits to our school. The officers have been engaged members of our school community visiting classrooms, joining recess and chatting with students.
This has provided a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know the officers and for them to get to know us!

First Grade Library Trip
If you have any questions about or visit, or would like to inquire about our program, please reach out to Mrs. Murray, our Library Media Specialist.
K-12 DISTRICT ART SHOW
There are two Julian Curtiss students featured on the district poster! Flora Gilmutdinova 2M (paper sculpture, bottom right) and Eliza Cooper in 4M (strawberry dessert, bottom left)!
We have a total of 17 students from JC! Hope you can make it to see this incredible art work on Tuesday evening.

Last Day of School is June 24th
Let's work on getting to school on time and enjoying our last few weeks of learning with our school friends.
Have a wonderful weekend!
District Survey
PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY
Did you fill out the annual GPS Family Survey yet? We encourage participation from all families because we value your confidential feedback. The survey should take approximately five minutes to complete, and you can skip questions if you don’t have enough information to answer them. You should have received an email on Wednesday with the subject line “Greenwich Public Schools Family Survey” from Superintendent Dr. Toni Jones. The deadline is Friday, June 17.
Parents/guardians received one survey link with separate surveys for each of their children in the district. If a parent has questions or problems, they should send an email to: research@greenwich.k12.ct.us.
Below is a link to last week's S'more with an explanation of what JC teachers and staff have done to continue to build on our parent/school connection.
